I am delighted that you are here and am honored to support your efforts to live your best life - one full of health, happiness and peace. Most people come to yoga for relief from stress & anxiety and the added benefits of flexibility, strength, balance and improved physical & mental well being keep over 55 million people hooked across the globe. But after spending over a decade on my mat, I can say that while yoga is definitely all of the above, there's a whole lot more going on behind the scenes. This beautiful, ancient practice offers growth opportunities like no other. Some of the "lesser known" side effects include self realization /actualization, compassion and kindness for yourself and others, soul/source connection and new ways of thinking, living and being. Sound interesting? Whether you are wide open to receive and jumping in with both feet, or you're not sure what you're getting into, you've come to the right place. Yoga truly is for everybody and every body.
My Vinyasa yoga classes include movement, meditation and breath-work to allow the prana, or life force, to flow naturally, ending in a restorative savasana (that one student playfully coined "Shaw-vasana"), giving the mind, body and spirit an opportunity to absorb the practice. I also offer sound massage using specially crafted Tibetan singing bowls as a private session or as an extension of a private yoga class.
I invite you to begin, resume or advance your practice with me and look forward to supporting you along your journey. I am eternally grateful, humbled and blessed to make space for hearts and minds to open each week.

Keep your practice flowing with these two new yoga classes to enjoy in the safety & comfort of your home! Enjoy a 25 minute Level 1 Vinyasa class and work your way up to this 20 minute more challenging flow. Great when you don't have an hour to spare & ideal for staying safe while studios are closed!
